Lets take Canelo for example (regardless of whether you believe Clen meat excuse or not) as a comparison to Shyte that demonstrates the difference between both getting caught with a substance in their system & which was shown favouritism.
Canelo is cashcow who was found to have 1 taco worth of clen in his system that gradually decreased over 3 days between tests(fighters aren't informed til later date),& Clen is so weak it's eaten in higher dosages in Mexico daily by millions,to top it off the amount found in sample was far below historical thresholds & current WADA standards meaning he had a few molecules in his sample worth of a commonly ingested weak ass drug that decreases very slowly(easily detectable for much longer than majority of all substances tested for. )
Canelo immediately afterwards did a media blitz to proclaim his innocence & has actual photos of him dining with president clinton days before the test(at sonora grill which has been tested to serve clen meat by FIFA during their investigation where they determined Mexico has clen meat everywhere & said it had no effect on athlete's who tested positive at u17 WC(the majority of teams).
Conversely Whyte tried to keep it a secret, didn't tell anyone about the hearing, tried to cheat with the gloves,then went into hiding for several months without even once proclaiming his innocence in any way shape or form. (& Didn't try to prove innocence with hair test)
He even said"I can't talk about it because of lawyers" when asked if hes innocent.
Whyte was popped with something that has no history of accidental ingestion let alone on same day the athlete was tested(which is even more astronomically unlikely to happen),& to top it off he had already been forshadowing in interviews that he was looking to "even the playing field" when he was calling AJ a cheat). Then if thats not bad enough Ukad didn't do the procedure the rules State which was testing the B sample,then punishing Whyte for being a cheat.(Ukad has a history of letting off rich athletes that can sue them & bankrupt their measly operating budget.(they let Shyte off because of Hearn & because they would've been mandated to ban him 4 yrs or life)
Conversely when Canelo was tested it was several months out still,& NSAC didn't want to look like they were favoring the cashcow so they ordered a hair follicle test which would show anything Canelo took for several months at least,they then found he was likely to have accidentally ingested clen due to exact amounts consistent with accidental ingestion",then they temporarily banned him 6 mos in order to not be liable for lawsuits because they are a betting state & it removed any doubt from the outcome,
Nsac is the most strict when it comes to testing which is why they've now after Canelo had countless controversy involving punishments for clean athletes & Vada went back to using WADA thresholds for clen. & Nsac had already been roasted over the Floyd vs Pac controversy to top it off
