anyone else notice the hate on heavyweights?

and no, they do not hate the heavyweight division because of the nonsense going on in it, they hate the heavyweight division, because well, they are heavyweights. i see it occassionally people calling the heavyweights boring, slow, and running out of stamina, etc. yet i rarely hear anyone discredit the lower weights. anyone else notice this?

      The heavyweight division sucks man.

The best heavyweight has a hard time taking a flush punch on the jaw, and it makes for a boring affair no matter what title is at stake.

Forget the "exiciting" and "boring" fights.

There's no soap opera. It's like watching the tallest possible mountain made of popsickle sticks defend against a swarm of ants.

So watching an offensive Monster like Wla, who can be KD by a big unch is boring to you? Well maybe you like watch chess matches but I like to seeKDs in HW fights or pure brawls. WK almost always KTFO his opponent or gets KD himself. Laykovich is limited but fun to watch. Oleg well again Big punch weaker chin. These guys make for exciting fights. Your a moron

Man HW fights suck. Slow, not exciting, and almost always ends in KO in the early rounds. I'm not saying it's the sorriest thing to watch, but it's way more exciting and entertaining to watch two equally matched Welterweights of Lightweight go at it for 12 grueling and brutal rounds. I like to watch wars, not one hit kills.

heavyweight fights don't always end in ko in early rounds. and it's not thier fault they hit so hard. and last time i checked, one heavyweight fight this year was so exciting, it was up for foty, and it went the distance. as a matter of fact, a lot of heavyweight fights go the distance. i think you are thinking of tyson, or tua, who end matches quickly. either which way, i like watching heavyweights usually over anything else. even in the state they are in now.

Yea but I'm saying even the one's that go the distance aren't too exciting because the guys are slow and very tired and are throwing little punches. Those to me are boring. But that's just my opinion.

OK so you're saying that you'd rather see 10 shots cause a KO than see four shots...point well taken.

This is most definatly the lowest point in the division's histroy.

It's a crap shoot in title fights, and when Maskaev, Barrett, McBride and Briggs are all getting title shots withing months of eachother, it speaks louder than anything else about how ****ty things are.

Every 6 months for years I keep thinking it can't get any wrose, and then it does.

It's years away from being shaken up.
