There are some offers that one can't refuse. Undefeated Sebastian Formella, after years of hard work, will travel to the United States to face former WBC, IBF world champion Shawn Porter on August 22 in the main fight in Los Angeles as part of a "PBC on Fox" televised event.

Should be a good fight. Porter lacks power so all of his fights are hard fights. Look at his fight with Adrien Granados.

Boxing is not putting its best foot forward here.....I predict a major loss of fans for the sport.....just ask ESPN and dazn.....and they were already giving us crap matchups......whoever was responsible for Seniesa Estrada vs that Miranda girl should be tried and sentenced to death

In these economic times it doesn't matter because it's not a pay per view fight anyway. Since he is getting paid less then he should fight a lesser known opponent.

Shawn would be lucky to walk away with more than $450,000 for this fight. It's a low risk low reward fight. Therefore, the two even themselves out.

Porter is due for a easy fight he has fought the top guys in the division back to back to back to back. It should be an easy night for him.

Mr. Porter, if you were going to fight a "no-name," why couldn't you have chosen Jaron "Boots" Ennis? Cornball azz...

              Well said!!

This is boxing not the NFL, MLB or NBA. Every fight could be your last pay day and every loss has an impact the size of the next pay cheque plus the when or if there is next pay cheque.

I agree! He could use a soft touch right about now.

Porter last 3 Fights... Spence Jr., Ugas, Garcia

All 3 was TOUGH fights so yeah let that man get a Soft Touch and also a opportunity to grab a belt even though PBC don't really acknowledge the IBO

Also a big opportunity for Formella as well

at least it's on regular TV. Fight will be as interesting as watching Porter withdraw money from an ATM. I won't be planning my schedule around it.
