None of them have the pedigree and prerequisite of skills or the bàlls to consistently test themselves against the best besides Pacquiao!

Floyd is waiting for someone to pay him $100m and that will probably never happen again. He's over estimating his value these days.

There are plenty of other blockbuster stars out there now that offer a great ROI for their promoters. Floyd isn't one of those.

How would Floyd know what Manny has in the bank? I was under the impression that Pac's IRS problems were dealt with when he signed with PBC. He's a millionaire. He just beat Thurman.
