Fighters using lock down to cycle?

Thought about this when I saw Anthony "juicy" Joshua looking proper juicy in that encounter with Tyson Fury

Considering he was the new, "lean and mean" AJ in the Ruiz fight I was surprised to see him looking SWOLE and JUICIER than ever before

Made me think, vada wouldn't be popping round during lock down would they, so was AJ just doing a lot of press ups during lock down or something more

It's definitely possible that fighters find this as the perfect time to cycle. They might struggle to reup their supply however.
