    The big 4+1???

Sugar Ray Leonard. Roberto Duran, Marvin Hagler, Thomas Hearns
for that generation/group if you have to pick a 5th guy--who would it be? He has to be from that era.

Simple, the guy who should be mentioned with these fighters as it is, Wilfredo Benitez.

If you had to name one it'd be Wilfred Benitez, who was as talented as anyone who has ever lived, but burned out and got caught on drugs.

You could make an argument for Aaron Pryor as well.

          McCallum came after them

Jose Pipino Cuevas defended his title 11 times with 10 KO's and was a wrecking machine. But he burned out young cause he turned pro at 14. To this day, he still holds the record as the youngest welterweight champion ever. Benitez would also be a 5th type. Coincidentally, the youngest Junior Welterweight ever. McCallum came along a tad late. But him against Tony Ayala and Roberto Duran when there was talk these guys would fight each other at 154 would have been great.
