But in boxing its a huge disadvantage to be built like canelo as opposed to ggg.(on paper if you were imagining the fighter with a better chance of winning youd pick the fighter with gggs size over one with Canelos frame to win 90% of the time due to reach advantage, natural strength advantage etc.(it takes more skill to win with Canelos build over gggs build because ggg on paper has the advantage of being taller & longer)

Longer as in reach? There is only 1/2 inch difference. Height. Golovkin is 5' -10.5" not 5'11". Canelo is 5-9 not 5'-8" like you claim. Your numbers are wrong,I actually seen them in person when I paid 2k a seat to watch the 1st fight at T mobile arena. Ggg is the naturally bigger fighter,cut the sht,ggg was undefeated & had every advantage possible including less than half the rds fought as Canelo aka wear & tear(not to mention Canelo had faced much more formidable opposition)

Ggg is the naturally bigger fighter,cut the sht,ggg was undefeated & had every advantage possible including less than half the rds fought as Canelo aka wear & tear(not to mention Canelo had faced much more formidable opposition)

Golovkin is older by 8 years and had over 300 amature fights plus his pro fights.



They look pretty much the same size to me even allowing for Canelo being slightly in the foreground. Canelo isn't a tiny little guy like his fans make out.
