Why do people lie and say Fury is "6'9"?

i was wondering this when i watched the line ups v klit and wilder and i thought fury was about the same size but when u watch the fight its clear fury is taller

Exactly. My observations through the years tell me that pretty much every single fighter who ever fought adds an inch or more to their actual height. I'm guessing he's 6'8".

You can see in the ring he is taller. A lot of things make height look closer than it is. Footwear, different size trainers at the bottom leading to the foot, angle of shot, posture. I think Fury is 6 foot 8 and a half, same as David Price. Wilder 6 ft 7, maybe a touch over. All fighters round up to the nearest inch.
