Fast, athletic men were also George’s weakness. Fury is BOTH.
Not only was george to small but way to slow and basic

Foreman is made for Fury. Slow, ponderous and George has no size advantage.

          Fury via shut out.

Fury will land and have no effect.
George will land. And it will hurt.
George has a very good jab and a great chin.
Fury is all about being long and lanky. Not sure why his fans say he's slick when he clearly isn't

I can't see Fury wanting to tie up George. That would put George right where he wants to be, inside.
Fury moves like a clumsy bar bouncer. Yeah, he has height but lesser shorter men had moments vs Fury.

            George's power would prevail.

Tyson Fury has beaten a legendary Wladmir Klitscho but unfortunately Wlad was 39 years old people don't give Mike Tyson credit for beating a 38 year old Larry Holmes who was in my opinion better than a 39 year old Wlad why should fury get credit. In addition to that he has beaten a Deontay Wilder who couldn't box eggs, he's useless and gets hyped for no good reason.

Fury has beaten no one else, it's laughable that he be compared to ATG fighters he hasn't proven to be the best of his era yet you don't achieve that by beating the same not very good fighter 3 times and an old legend.

Gotta be honest . . I can name few boxers from that era inc . Ali, Frazier, Norton Shavers .Foreman , probably missed a couple. Fury only modern fighter with chance to see round 6 ish . . But still get beaten . . Aj , Wilder lucky to see round 2 . And usyk just too light , but if carried more natural weight would give good account . .

This should be in fantasy fights thread. But to answer the question, at a surface level, Fury has a little bit more chance of winning than Foreman what with the “Out-boxers beat Sluggers” dynamic. Styles make fights everyone, and the slower Foreman will need to find ways to reach and catch the more elusive and tricky Fury if he doesn’t want to get outpointed. His style of swinging of the fences also leaves him open for counters, obviously.

Ok lets work your logic out. Todays HW era is one of the worst ever, definitely worse than the 90s. A 45 year old fat foreman held his own against 90s heavies and even won a title , yet apparently in todays weaker era full of bums, he would be a gate keeper? Did I miss anything?

Idiots saying Foreman was too small? He was 6-4, only 3 inches shorter than Fury who himself is slow footed and easy to hit. He wouldn't be able to keep Foreman off him for 12 rounds and he wouldn't be able to hurt him either.
