Floyd bluff to duck Pac was exposed

The Fraudweather wiki page exposed floyd's rampant ducking of Pacquiao in 2009-2012. The lil coward wanted to draw blood the day of the fight. Pac didn't want to weaken himself and then finally appeased the lil coward and agreed to five blood the day of the fight. Then the lil coward changed terms and blocked the fight by saying he won't do business with Arum. Bluff called. Floyd is a coward. Check mate.

Pacquiao appeared on the ESPN program First Take on September 20, 2012, and said he had no problem with the drug-testing issue. "No problem," Pacquiao said. "Whatever he wants to do." Pacquiao said he was willing to be tested even on the night of the fight. "No problem," he said. "Even the night of the fight. No problem."

On December 20, 2013, The Daily Telegraph reported that Mayweather said Pacquiao's association with promoter Bob Arum is the reason why the bout will not happen. "We all know the Pacquiao fight, at this particular time, will never happen, and the reason why the fight won't happen is because I will never do business with Bob Arum again in life, and Pacquiao is Bob Arum's fighter," Mayweather said.[135]

Read the whole entry under Pac fight negotiations. Read it and weep Fraudweather fans. You're boy is a fraud coward lying pretender.

      Thanks for exposing Pacquiao again.

After reports had surfaced that both parties had agreed to all terms, Golden Boy Promotions released a press release on December 22, 2009, revealing that Pacquiao was unwilling to comply with the Olympic-style drug testing requested by Team Mayweather. The following day, Bob Arum, Top Rank founder and CEO, declared the fight was off and Pacquiao would be facing a different opponent:

He knew that Manny gets freaked out when his blood gets taken and feels that it weakens him. This is just harassment and, to me, just signaled that he didn't want the fight.
      LMAOOO

Arum said Pacquiao was willing to submit to as many random urine tests requested, but as far as random blood tests were concerned, he was only willing to subject himself to 3 tests—one in January, one 30 days from the bout (no later than February 13) and one immediately after the fight:

How is this random when you are picking the amount of test and the testing dates? That’s straight up CHEATING.

Floyd already admitted that he ducked pac by saying he marinated the fight and should be given a credit for making the fight big.

On December 28, 2009, video from an episode of HBO's Pacquiao-Hatton: 24/7 surfaced on the internet showing Pacquiao giving blood in the weeks leading up to his May 2, 2009, bout with Ricky Hatton. Documents confirmed that the video was recorded on April 8, 2009, 24 days prior to the fight and past the 30-day cut-off date that Pacquiao had demanded for a Mayweather fight.

He’s an ATG but at the same time he’s one of the biggest frauds in boxing. Always an excuse after he lose.

              Let it go guys.

              Floyd ducked a prime pac.

PAC got domesticated by Marquez in 2012.

Floyd fought Manny in 2015 and won by UD but it looked like more of a S/D victory for either Floyd or Manny, or should’ve been a draw.

              Move on.

People don’t get it. Top Rank, ESPN, Pacquiao... didn’t understand the consequences or future change of the sport. They literally thought boxing would be the same as the 80’s-90’s-2000’s.

Brian Kenny acknowledged PAC when he heard, “it’s not good to give blood on the day of the fight.”

Then Kenny asks, “what about 15 days away from the fight?”

Pac: “it’s not good to give blood close to the fight because it inhibits performance.”

If there was animosity to dethrone Floyd, be it the ESPN team more biased to Arum, then one would assume that whole broadcast was scripted. Lol. They all had no idea advanced drug testing would be implemented.

Even Margaret Goodman said Floyd was the best... Goodman with the help of HBO created VaDA in 2011.

You can’t make this stuff up. Not saying Floyd didn’t cheat himself... we won’t know, but what we do know is fumblage from testimony from that classic Manny vs Kenny interview on ESPN.
