Shawn Porter could be a champ at 154

Porter gave us many great wars at 147. At this stage of his career, it could be a little difficult for him to become a 147 champ again. Many fans also felt like he lost to Ugas.

I see no reason why he wouldn`t go to 154. Porter is short, but strong man, his frame is big. he would be like a pitbull there and I can see him beating guys like J Rock, Charlo, Rosado.

It could be easier for him than trying to beat guys like Crawford, Spence, Manny. 147 champs are elite guys.

Right 🤣 no way in hell Porter will be a champ at 54... he has low skill just uses his physicality to win at 47... that won’t work at 54

I would agree with you because I think Porter relies on being a physical welterweight but 154 sucks so badly that he’d probably be able to win a belt.

He'll never beat Charlo. He'd get destroyed, especially after the Harrison fight.

Porter wouldn't even beat Patrick Texeira.

154 is just as good as 147 and the boxers are harder to beat because they are 7 pounds heavier. Than means they are 7 pounds stronger and hit 7 pounds worth harder. Porter charges in all fight and he isn't hard to hit. Jermell would beat him in my opinion. Unless making 147 is weakening him he should stay there.

Wayyy too small, brother, for 154.

He should be trying to get his win back against Thurman, who I thought he beat the 1st time.
