Much better to go all out at 154 and if you succeed, great retire a 2 weight world champ. If you fall short then at least you gave it your all and retire knowing that - simple.
    Pretty much this..

I liked Kell and personally I'd like to see him hang em up, but he seems intent to go for at least one more. 147 is dangerous for him imo, his face is glued back together as it is..

If he wants to give it a crack then do it at a more comfortable weight and walk away. I just fear it could be one fight too many for him..

Yes, that would certainly be a better fight than either of them against brook.
However, as neither a proven big ppv attraction, it doesn't seem likely that there would be enough $$$ in the pot to satisfy "No Pay Cut Crawford" and "It's All About The Retirement Money Thurman".

154 division is perfect for Brook. There are no elite fighters, he can handle guys like Jermell, Teixeira, Castano, Rosario and so on. He can pick the title there easily.

I don`t see 34 old drained Brook beating Crawford or Thurman.

I'll be honest, I've been a fan of Kell since he turned pro. But he's one loss away or even one unconvincing win away from retirement in my eyes. Obviously any further facial injuries warrants retirement too, so I just don't get why he insists on killing himself to make weight. He's nothing to prove at 147. His body has simply grown from being 18, it's madness at any level let alone World.

Crawford might kill brook and would get no credit. Brook vs Thurman though would be a good match up as both are at similar stages if their careers. Past their best but probably still something left in the tank.

                  Great assessment.

                    Brook ain’t winning chit
The only thing he might win is facial reconstruction
Pretty sad cause imo , Brook was the real deal

Brook could do a number on Thurman I reckon.....12 weeks should easy be enough to make weight safely.
Crawford on the other hand is more dangerous
