Americans no longer dominate boxing (proof)

Let's take a look at where the best fighter of each division is from.

    Heavyweight- UK. Joshua/Fury.

    Cruiserweight- Latvia. Mairis Briedis.

    Light Heavyweight- Russia. Artur Beterbiev.

    Super Middleweight- Mexico. Canelo Alvarez.

    Middleweight- Mexico. Canelo Alvarez.

    Super Welterweight- US. Jermell Charlo.

    Welterweight- US. Terrence Crawford.

    Light Welterweight- UK. Josh Taylor.

    Lightweight- Ukraine. Vasyl Lomachenko.

    Super Featherweight- Mexico. Miguel Berchelt.

    Featherweight- UK. Josh Warrington.

    Super Bantamweight- Mexico. Rey Vargas.

    Bantamweight- Japan. Naoya Inoue.

Super Flyweight- Mexico. Juan Francisco Estrada.

    Flyweight- Japan. Kosei Tanaka.

    Light Flyweight- Japan. Kenshiro Teraji.

    Mini Flyweight- Thailand. Wanheng Menayothin.

So as you can see, Mexico has the best fighter in 5 different divisions. Followed by UK and Japan which both have 3. US only dominate 147 and 154 now.

The USA haven’t dominated boxing for a while. Boxing is extremely diverse at the top level these days.

If you ask an American what the most talented divisions are, they'll say WW and SWW/JMW. Any guesses why? Lol.

Also it would be funny if Canelo/GGG went down to SWW/JMW so the USA only had WW. Lol.

            Oh...OK?

Are we suppose to be upset about this as Americans? Because I'm Not and I'm still going to continue to watch boxing and no I don't "NEED AN AMERICAN TO BE THE BEST" to enjoy boxing. Maybe because I've seen so many great and legendary fighters to the point in which it doesn't even matter to me anymore

It is very bad for boxing when it is no Brash American Superstar in it to draw in Casual Sports fans who consider boxing BORING unless it is a Mayweather or somebody that can piss them off and get them to buy PPV to either see them win or with the hopes to see them lose

So the sport does need an America Superstar with some personality to help keep casuals interested in boxing. When boxing have that in place it is great for the sport. Plenty of talented American still who can boxing but I don't see that Complete Package currently as far as Talent, Skills, Personality, Looks and everything else that is required to be a Crossover Superstar in this Sport

Am I supposed to be scared?

              Confused?

              Angry?

American's don't care about boxing like that and our best athletes haven't looked at boxing as a way out of poverty in 30 years.

I like seeing boxing flourishing around the world and hope it continues to, so we can stop the momentum of MMA

This shìt isn't even accurate. You need an asterisk that adds: subject to change. & I'm not even talking the next era of fighters. Clean out your era then come talk to me.

I am an American boxing fan who just like good fighters who aren't ass holes and it does not matter at all to me what country they are from or live in.
