For example this fanboy stated this, “Charlo should fight whoever he can. Especially since we know Canelo won't fight him after dropping his belt instead of facing him”. When the truth is Alvarez never dropped his belt. He was elevated to Franchise Champion by the WBC and that fight was never mandated. Also Charlo just turned down an offer to face Canelo in 2019. So here are more facts for you, 6 of canelos last 12 fights have been catch weights, while another 3 have had rehydration clauses. The only one you can say maybe wasn't his catch weight idea was vs Cotto (although 155 is known as Canelo weight) . Name 1 other fighter ever that has had that type of run where 9 of their last 12 fights had some sort of catch? Floyd and pac who were both bigger A sides than Canelo by far, don't have that many weight clauses over that time frame combined.
