They were suppose to fight in near the end of 2018, but Charr was busted & suspended for PEDs. The bum should be forced to vacate and retirement.

Ain’t beating anyone of note, and holding that BS “world title” hostage for a retirement belt.

Charr cannot get anyone to fight him as it brings no money. This has been going on long before Covid and it’s good news. If BS interim and regular titles lose some of their earning power some may disappear. You get far more leverage having a promoter who has made the right bribes to sanctioning bodies rather than with a phony belt.

Just like Carlos Baldimar, Manual Charr is selling his belt. A guaranteed loss to the highest bidder. Unfortunately for Charr, every youtube video shows Manuel Charr getting beaten. That cat is out of the bag so to speak.

If Andy fights Charr, you should expect Ruiz to sit on the belt, talk trash and fight cans for years.

Charr’s “title“ means nothing. He hasn‘t beaten any top opponent and was knocked out by cruiser Briedis. And on top Charr is a doper.

When is the last time he fought? Does he really think Ruiz has time for him? Ruiz turned down Ortiz, turned down 4m dollars from Whyte, so why would he fight Charr for whatever?
