So Lara vs Canelo @ 160 who would’ve won?

Canelo vs Angulo @ 160, who would’ve won?

    Canelo vs Kirkland @160, who
    would’ve won?

Canelo vs Khan @160, who would’ve won?

Duran vs Barkley @ 155, who would’ve won?

    Nobody cares!

Fighting someone coming up from 2 weight classes below is ALWAYS a no-win situation. Fans tune in to see if the smaller man can win, not if the bigger man can win. Of course the bigger man can win.

If you win, you lose because fans won’t respect such a “win”. If you lose it’s almost always “over” for you after that loss.

Even both of you are “great”, fans won’t give you credit for beating a great smaller man.

As the smaller man, if you lose, you don’t lose any stock. You will instead gain respect from fans and peers. If you win, sky is the limit.

0-10, BBB sides pulls him up two weight classes yet Brook was consistently out boxing him in the first 3 rounds before the weight difference was too much to overcome.
First fight I knew BBB side was all hype and wouldn’t look as dominate against elite fighters.

            7.5/10.

Pretty much changed Kell Brooks career forever 'Terrible promoting by Eddie Hearn, as the fight was completely unnecessary for Kell Brook' Kell Brook was unbeaten, and a world champion.

By taking the fight he gave up 'Track position', took a completely unnecessary risk. It is a promoters job to protect fighters from themselves 'Eddie Hearn failed to do that'.

            Never-mind the money.

I think we can lay the blame squarely on big Eddie
Kell Brook would still be a top fighter today imo

Gave it an eight because Brook came up in weight without any previous fights at 160 to my knowledge. Golovkin blasted him out in short order and Brook was a young undefeated champion in his prime. Physically they weren't that far apart.

Destroyed his career and life in some ways 'You have to protect fighters from themselves, because most of these top fighters will fight anybody'.

You can see things from a different vantage point as a promoter, Eddie Hearn should of stopped the fight going ahead.

Chris Eubank Senior has managed Chris Eubank Junior's career better than Eddie Hearn managed Kell Brook 'Eubank Senior never once gave up track position, and now the big fights are coming' even his win against Degale came at the right time.

Eubank Junior would of also been destroyed by Golovkin if he would of faced him many years ago 'Deep down Eubank Senior understood this etc'.

But he showed how much a paper champ he was against ryder

I was on the smith bandwagon after his preformance against groves but after rewatching groves was shot to bits,he was shot to bits against eubank

Calum smith beating groves is on par with danny williams besting mike tyson ,looks world class when hes taking and giving punches against an ex elite until looked back on years later
