Does anyone know if former Detroit-based lightweight Gene Gresham is still alive? He would be 82. He fought professionally from 1957-1968. He had great credentials:
1)Was a former National AAU Champ
2)Was once ranked in The Ring's Top 10 ratings
3)Fought world champs like Eddie Perkins & Carlos Hernandez and other legitimate contenders
4)Headlined several national TV cards
Any info would be deeply appreciated. I have not been able to find an obituary for him.
