Why not give every boxer a title in that case. Turn pro, get given a title, that way every fight would be a title fight.

this is what I've been continuing to say all this time. 39 champions in. 17 divisions WTF!!! honestly the IBF is my favorite belt. it has the best design, actually enforces its rules, and doesn't take extra money to step all over peoples toes!!
