Here´s a thought: why don´t all the top guys (not just 118) simply tell those not enrolled "no 365 VADA, no fight"? After a while it would be the only way to make real money. PEDs would still exist, but at least the risk would be greater.

I guarantee he will never attempt to go back to 118 again. He will feel great in his upcoming 122 fight and won't bother sacrificing down lower than that in the future.
