I liked your post to begin this thread. You have to consider two things (I may be stating the obvious). 1) The internet is a terrible place for discussions. 2) Most people who bother to discuss things online are not able to engage calmly and thoughtfully. Rather, the discourse is reactionary.
I like all boxers. They have courage and dedication to something dangerous and violent and sometimes for little reward. GGG, Canelo, Fury, Wilder, etc. are all worthy of praise for their efforts and commitment. Things get complicated at their level of economic interests. But nonetheless, all high level competitors.
