if he really wants to make a statement and wash the bad taste out of his mouth from the Pac loss, then hopefully he backs up the talk and fights a Crawford or Spence.

A rematch with Pac doesn't interest me. It won't be long before Manny gets beaten up by a younger fighter and retired.

Thanks to Uncle Al, we're not seeing the potential super fights at 147.

It never should've happened and the reason it did is because he's basically half assed his career since the Danny Garcia win.

Man!! I agree 💯 with you actually.
I thought Thurman would beat PAC too and yeah, after the Garcia fight, he just stop sizzling.
Do you think Thurman took a dive for a sizable amount? He was throwing bombs against Garcia and even Porter but did not when he fought PAC

Fook Keef. Keef shoulda left the division in shame when he was wouldn't fight Errol a few years back.

I'd rather see Errol fight Manny over Keef. Assuming Manny is still with PBC or interested. I'd think after that accident Manny might like his chances vs Errol better.

There’s no way he took a dive for a sizable amount, think about all the money he would make in the future if he beat Pac. His plan was to send Pac into retirement but the early knockdown and crippling body shot ruined his plan. He’s still a very good fighter though, it’s really up to him if he wants to be a champion again.

Basically Haymon can make it a good fight... and I’m wondering what Al has secretly disclosed to Keith.
Of course Haymen is being the puppet master, as soon as Buds name isnt mentioned ya know whats up.

                  Lol, right?

Watched a podcast of him and they asked him about Crawford and he said "Crawford has to see me. If he offered me a contract now, I'd definitely take it...."

Then he quickly realised what he said and backtracked:

"....but maybe I could take a tune up first."

It's more likely the role reversal with the titles. When Garcia had a belt and Spence didn't, Garcia didn't seem as eager to face him. Not that things are the opposite, his tone changed.
Even when Errol had the IBF they didn't want to face him.

But I think Haymon organized the Garcia vs Spence fight.

You simply have to go back and watch the post fight interview.

The lady interviewer quickly shoed in Garcia and TOLD Spence that he is fighting Garcia next. She didn't ask him, she told him.

You can see the shock on Spence's face because he was about to call out Pacquiao and then they basically said nope, here's your next fight.

Credit to Spence thought not only for quickly recovering from his shock but also staying true to himself because he then replied:

"I been saying for a long time that my goal is to clean out the division so line em up and I'll knock em down."

He's the only one who didn't change his tune once he made the big times.
