US cities with best boxing history

What US cities would you say have a history of producing the best fighters? Here’s my first try at a top 10:

    1) New York
    2) Philadelphia
    3) Los Angeles
    4) Detroit
    5) Chicago
    6) Boston
    7) Baltimore
    8) Cleveland
    9) San Francisco
    10) Cincinnati

Tony Zale back in the 40’s was the middleweight champion.

          Adrian Granados.
          Oliver McCall.
          Fres Oquendo.
          Andrei Fonfara.
          David Diaz.

They might not all be top fighters, but they’re decent named fighters.

This is testing my knowledge too far.

I know US boxers but do not know the states and cities they are from

Thomas hearns & joe Louis Detroit
Jake lamotta and Mike Tyson New York
Rocky Marciano & Marvin hagler Brockton Massachusetts to name few.
But ironically the Robinson’s , Ali and ray Leonard’s all were born in towns not very well known for there boxing history

yes but that's not even better then houston with foreman, Charlos, everitt martin, jack Johnson, Juan Diaz.......so on. I am suprised that houston hasn't made top 3.....the list needs to be re done.
