Holyfield. I was recently showing one of my boys the 2nd Tyson fight on YouTube, and later on I took a look at the Holyfield-Quawi fight, and he didn’t even look like the same man. Check out the bulk and muscle on his back at heavyweight. Looked really unnatural.

Why is Holyfield still solid at close to 60 years of age? Holyfield was portably weight draining himself to make cruiserweight, he still had the same physique as a heavyweight but had added more bulk.
