Just ask Hearns, when Ruiz beat down AJ and PBC had all the belts at heavyweight and you saw both Bob and Hearns doing literally everything they could to keep Wilder-Ruiz from happening!

I honestly feel Bud is the creme de la creme at 147 but every style has a kryptonite and I feel someone like Shawn Porter could beat Bud!

Not sure why PBC don’t just make that happen!
interested in your opinion on this

in 2018 arum was quoted as saying that porter and garcia werent elite fighters

late 2019, right before the mean machine fight, arum was saying that they had their eyes on porter next.....immediately after the fight he said the same thing....a couple of weeks later after kenny porter said "call us we can make a fight" crawford was quoted as saying "thats not on the radar" and the "he has no belts and isnt a draw" stuff started popping up from the pbc haters as a legit excuse....

what do you think about that...its factual and really happened

to me it seems that arum loves to talk about pbc fighters when he thinks they wont respond or are being "hushed" in regards to talking about crawford...or when hes certain haymon already has other plans to match them against other pbc fighters....thats the impression that i get

to some degree yeah haymon is keeping his guys close..because he has a bunch of good matchups that he has already made and can continue to make...no harm in that if youre making good fights and haymon has(yes he has some duds too because no fighter is taking on a top, elite, guy every time out).....if bob arum had the pbc roster of WWs and the pbc only had crawford i think we can agree that id bet my bottom dollar bob would be doing the exact same thing right?!?!

its funny though that pac was considered washed up and not good enough anymore to fight an elite WW...then ole al haymon called up and made a fight with thurman which pac won....now arum is all like "yeah we need pac/crawford...the world needs it"...but wouldnt even consider making that fight when he had a younger pac under contract.....little funny no?

Crawford is a tremendous fighter but Crawford hasn't fought anybody lately with the skills and the caliber of Jose Ramirez," Garcia told Alexander.

Mikey isn't wrong. Kavaliauskas is close, and we saw what he was able to do before he gassed.

I remember Bud Crawford trashing your boy Hornet
      You remember that don’t you
Is that where the hate for Bud comes from

I don`t think any 140 fighter beats Crawford.

And when is Ramirez going to be ready for Crawford?
Not anytime soon, right? You people know that.
Meanwhile, who do you want Crawford to fight next while waiting?

These people in the media need to cover the other side of reality,
          not just fantasy fights.

I get sick seeing these types of articles that are based on fantasy.

Hahahaha can’t believe he’s Top 3 pound for pound. He won titles at 135,140 and 147 against......

135- he beat ricky burned out

140 - he unify by beating the great Indoungo

147 - he beat Jeff Horn who lost to smaller Pacquiao

Crawford by no means can be pound for pound by beating those fighters haha smh

You make some excellent points but let’s be honest, there’s no telling if Bud would’ve signed with PBC that he would’ve gotten the Danny, Thurman or Spence fights!

Look how long it took Spence-Porter, Thurman-Porter, Danny-Porter and etc.

Thurman-Spence was the number 1 fight at 147 and we couldn’t get that and both are with the same advisor and promoter!

Don’t get me wrong, I still don’t understand why Bob has Crawford on an exclusive contract with ESPN when he and the ESPN execs basically said he don’t sell!

Why not give him more freedom to go to DAZN or Fox for bigger fights which equals more money!?

But at the same time, Haymon couldn’t get a lot of his guys to fight each other and still can’t!

                Santa Cruz vs Russell jr
Danny vs Spence(until recently it seems)
                Benavidez vs Plant
Jermall Charlo vs Dervyachenko (until recently)
                Jermell Charlo vs Jarrett Hurd
                Julian Williams vs Erislandy Lara

                Etc.

And yes I didn’t like Bob acting like he cared for Pacquiao’s health but put him in a no win situation against Jeff Horn cuz he knew Pacquiao was about to leave Top Rank then refused to make the obvious Pacquiao-Crawford fight until now!

I also agree that Bob should’ve kept his mouth shut about Danny and Porter not being elite but then tried to make deals with them!

He’s not getting much of a return from Bud so my sticking point is Haymon doesn’t always make the best fights and Bob seems to favor certain fighters when it comes to flexibility like he did with Fury and Lomachenko who both don’t bring in good returns either!

Gotta like Ramirez even though he beat my boy Hooker, dude really is the people's champ, but frankly I don't think he's on Bud's level. I'm hoping we get Ramirez vs Postol because that should really tell us more about Jose's abilities, mainly vis-a-vis Taylor but also I guess Bud too. Myself I think Ramirez will have his hands full even with an older Victor even if he might be able to grit his way to a win.

haymon has made a bunch of good WW fights...he simply cant make every matchup wed like to see all at once...if he just put all the good guys against each other when we would have liked hed be out of matchups....

i think youre forgetting that thurman was also out almost two years.....

you gave me 6 examples of fights u think should be made that haymon hasnt made...but it spanned 4 different divisions lol....the charlo/hurd fight had multiple wrenches thrown in it...santa cruz is gonna fight tank....haymon had russell(admit this guys career stinks and is disappointing) and chenko go against non pbc guys who were p4p stars
