Ok NSB. You know me. Topdogggbm just said I "idolize Manny".

    *sigh*.

Some of you remember, before Pac Bradley 1, when Bradley held up that "fake" rematch ticket at the presser, I told you that Bradley was going to take it.

    We saw what happened.

Some of you remember, before MayPac, I said I saw no version of Manny that had an answer for Floyd Mayweather, based on the night Floyd fought Jesus Chavez.

    We saw what happened.

Many of you remember - BLASTER1 certainly does, Spoon23 definitely does - I told you that Manny was underestimating Jeff 'The Hornet' Horn, Bob Arum was acting strange and it would be a repeat of Pac/Bradley 1 with Manny taking a loss.

    We saw what happened.

When Manny ducked the Hornet on the rematch I called him out. Repeatedly. Shameful. Disgraceful.

When Manny fought Lucas with NO drug testing, I called him out on it.

    So, I'm asking now.

Can ANY of you point to a single situation where I have "idolized" Manny?

Do I think Manny is better than the current welterweights? Absolutely.

But so do you, even if you're in denial about it.

I said it before. A prepared Manny Pacquiao is better than anyone not named Floyd Mayweather Jr. He's even better than Jeff Horn - he just half assed his training and didn't take it serious.

I've been down on Manny Pacquiao since day one because of (A) his excuses and (B) his refusal to show up, plus (C) his blaming of Roach for HIS failures, (D) his fans remaining in denial about the obvious outcomes that happened and (E) saying that God would deliver Floyd unto him.

I do not think Pac could beat Crawford, Spence, or even Porter tbh

he caught Thurman at the right time, coming off injury/inactivity... and Thurman does not possess the ability of Spence/Crawford, or the pressure/tenacity of Porter

the Porter who fought Spence beats Pac at this point

Pac is obviously greater than all of those guys... he is greater than all of them put together lol, but I highly doubt that he could beat those guys at this point

I never considered Horn a top welter

      never

Porter > Horn, in every department

See, I think all of them get clipped by a Manny shot and dropped. I'm surprised Broner didn't go down, but he damn sure got clipped quite a bit.

Porter's rough, but the problem with Porter, as Spence showed us, is that he leaves himself wide open when he's throwing. The shot that put Algieri on his ass does the same thing to Porter, and that's also why Broner was able to drop Porter late.

          why didn't Horn get clipped...?

I'm not seeing that happen, at this point... they are steering clear of Crawford for a reason

These young guys shouldbe fighting each other and carving out their own legacy instead of chasing an old man.

Horn did get clipped, once Manny turned it up.

And every fighter will 'steer clear' of other fighters that demand undeserved money. Like Crawford.
