Now you know why Canelo wanted that trilogy with GGG so badly. The last two fights they took losses on Canelo's inflated salary. The Kovalev fight was a flop. Now they want to blame COVID and say that they won't make enough at the live gate to pay him. Since when is the live gate the primary means of revenue for an alleged PPV star? If he was as popular as his fans insist, he wouldn't need the live gate, PPV would cover his purse with a percentage on top of that.
