That’s old school thinking. Having light snack for energy is smarter then eating up muscle on an empty stomach doing something strenuous, proteins break down first which makes your muscles weaker if there’s no calories in your body . Suggesting you shouldn’t eat 3 to 5 hours is not a sound thing to do which Bradley stated ,no rhyme or reason to do something like that and as a heavyweight who would need sustained energy for better performance.Originally posted by Beercules View PostI can't believe he was eating roast beef.
