Mike Tyson is more well known so he's more feared in general, but if I HAD to street fight both I'd be more comfortable fighting Tyson. Only because Tyson would knock me out and leave me stiff as opposed to stomping my head into the pavement and soccer kicking me to death. I'd be worried about whether or not I'd wake up ever again as Wanderlei stomped me

As to the question, Tyson. In his prime he hadn't been beat or even tested. In his prime, Silva had lost a few ties so you knew e could be beaten.

You should read Tyson's book. When he had that street fight with Mitch Green, Tyson did alot more than just use his hands. Iirc, he did kick Green in the head when he was down.

I'm familiar with the stories. I don't have a lack of information on either man. I'd still be more fearful of the man that fought in the streets of Curitaba, Brazil, grew up doing Vale Tudo, and earned the nickname "The Axe Murderer". H2H in a street fight I would pick Tyson though, but against myself, in a street fight, I'd rather get a biopsy for fighting Tyson than an autopsy for fighting Wanderlei.

Silva had the gimmick of the Axe Murderer but Mike you felt like a murder was coming without that gimmick at times even if it’s a professional set up boxing match where injuries are for worse in MMA to likely happen . Tyson was also controlled aggression that only made it worse ,Silva was easily wound up and just went all in at times where someone of different style could easily get him down ,no one also ever blitzed Tyson and destroyed him . Silva lost a lot of things when he was smashed entering his first UFC fight by Belford I believe.
