The Linares-Fortuna winner will fight Haney and the Garcia-Campbell winner will fight Haney. Lomachenko and Lopez have nothing to do with it.

Even if both win I feel like Ryan vs Devin don't happen at the end of this tournament.

It's not a tournament, just a way of narrowing down who haneys 2 mandatory challengers are.

Think the wbc have had the rule for a while now where if you win a vacant belt the first 2 defences would have been mandatorys. It's asthough they are treating haney being awarded the belt like winning it in a vacant title fight.
