Comments Thread For: Gvozdyk Assesses How Lomachenko and Usyk Will Do in Their Big Fights

Former light heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk may have retired from boxing last month but that does not mean he is not still keenly interested in the careers of his close friends Vasiliy Lomachenko, the unified lightweight world champion, and heavyweight contender and former undisputed cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk.

I like his assessments. I also agree. I think Usyk will have to survive early against Chisora as well. I think LOma will start slow then pick Lopez apart.

Usyk should've gone with a taller opponent like helenius,Washington or even negroni imo, none of the heavyweight champs are 6'2 or built like chisora but I guess his handlers know what they are doing by going for chisora first

I also think Chisora is all wrong for him
Especially if Chisora can walk through Uyks’s power
Not saying he’ll win but long night ahead imo
