Good fight, but he's kinda small for Charlo.

He also added Charlo is set to face Rosario in the fall but I'm not sure how accurate that is considering what Rosario's promotor said a few months back.

If Derevyanchenko fights Canelo, does Charlo then fight Eubank? If Derevyanchenko fights Charlo, does Canelo fight someone like Ryder or Dirrell?
Dirrell is a can. The only benefit of fighting him is you can low-ball him and it won't be a tough fight for Canelo and he'll be able to squeeze another fight in by the end of the year.

Dirrell is a can. I'd rather see Canelo in with someone like Plant if it's at 168, but that would be a very tough fight Canelo won't be able to rebound from fast enough to be ready to fight again in December like he wants to.

There goes Canelo, asking SD to come up 8 pounds. Did anybody doubt that he would do this?? Fight Callum Smith or Benavidez if you want a fight at 168.

I don't see how anyone can deny Canelo is ducking Andrade. One of the most blatant in history.. I remember when he referred to Derevyanchenko as a nobody when GGG was scheduled to fight him.

This dude straight dragging guys from the other side not fight Andrade meanwhile he can't even get a real offer. You can't make this up.

I would like to see charlo vs Sergiy just so we can see how good charlo is at 160. I’m tired of him just beating on tomato cans make it happen!

Canelo is going to destroy either Ryder or Dirrell and likely does the same to Derevyanchenko at 168. If he can get another fight in December, that would be great.

LOL, right there goes Canelo being so mean again, huh? He's a 168 pounder at this point. If Derevyanchenko goes not want to go up to 168, then he doesn't have to. No one is forcing him to do so, but hilarious expecting Canelo to go down to 160 when he just fought at 175.

I'd rather see DV vs Charlo, would be a real good fight. I don't want to see him have to move up for the Canelo shot, especially since he has a good chance to beat Charlo. Canelo should target Andrade since he's already in his weight class

Two very great opportunities for Sergiy. A fight with Jermall Charlo on paper is a very winnable fight for him based on Charlo being in a weird position where he is unproven at MW and has not quite delivered the expectation people expected from him.

But on the other hand a Canelo matchup is one that only a crazy person would pass up on (unless you are Caleb Plant, just joking). Only thing is...I don't see him being capable of besting Canelo.

If I am advising him, the best option is to take the fight against Charlo and aim for title run at MW. Factor in that Jermall is not the most disciplined in lifestyle and you have a great opportunity to catch him at the right moment.
