Did you ever watch that fight? Generally regarded as an unfair result if not quite an outright robbery. In most eyes John should be unbeaten at 168 and should also be current WBA Champ. Outside of plant and Benavidez Ryder has a case as one of the top guys in the division. I don't think he's got much of a shot against Canelo but take out the times hes been screwed on the cards and he deserves it as much as anyone.

Mmm... Tangentially and a lil randomly it just occurred to me than Fedor Cudinov vs Ryder would be a nice fight, really nice actually, if this one doesn't come off.

Since none of the bigger names are willing to take less money to fight Canelo this is a decent option.

Anthony Dirrell, Sullivan Barrera, John Ryder. Who would you rather see?

If team Ryder don't get it together then along with Owen Moran, Johnny Pritchett, Dave Charnley, Tony Sibson, Chris & Kevin Finnegan + Herol Graham ETC John could well be remembered as one of the best British boxer's never to win a World title.

as usual, you post something of no relevance to the topic. Must be one of your Coke binge days.

Yeah I had to explain the context to you because you’re a dummy! Lol. You asked about Berto...still scratching your head? Derp derp

you brought up berto, not me. You brought him up in context of him being someone that floyd fought despite having previous losses. Still doesn't have s*** to do with my comment about Ryder being someone who lost to fielding. Not to mention, floyd picking berto for the final fight of his contract when he was nearly 40 and just came off the biggest grossing fight in the history of the sport isn't even a good comparison. I know the MO for you Canelo fans is to defend him by saying, but yeah, what about when Floyd did this or when ggg did that. None of that is relevant. Stay on topic Coke whore.

Canelo walks him down an whoops him, shows Callum Smith how to get up for a fight regardless who it is!

Smith is overrated like I’ve been telling people, he beat nobody in that tourney and struggled with a kickboxer with a decent jab and stopped a past prime and injured George Groves!

These are the factors why he won't get the Canelo fight.
Let Smith sort his own problems out anyway hahaha.

No I made it clear that industry didn’t care that Floyd fought Berto or that Canelo fought Fielding. Never worried at all that Fielding is mentioned! Loma fought Marriaga, a guy moving up having lost to Valdez the previous fight. Crawford fought ATG Lundy... Spence and Keith fought Bundu. I mean who cares! We in dis thang mayne!
