who said he didnt want to fight ??
he wants to fight, but is hard to find an opponent with such a limited budget.. you think saunders will fight for a fraction of he was initially offered ?
no champion has offered to fight canelo under those circunstances, they all rather wait for when the money is available...
how come andrade doesnt offer him self for the fight even if the pay isnt big ?
beat canelo now for covid type of payday and then get the rematch for DAZN type of payday later, but no one under 168 is willing to gamble....

So, he has a limited budget, but the money comes from a TV deal, which if anything is increased with no live audience.

If Canelo gets the same, more or less, what is the problem then?

Or are they not allowed some of that tv mulah?

only canelos money comes from the tv deal, his opponents money come from the gate mostly...

is a guaranteed minimum, so dazn cant pay him less , but that is irrelevant to his opponents payday, thats the whole point...
canelo is willing to fullfill his contract by fighting regardless of the circunstances ..
the money for his opposition isnt big due to covid, so whoever is willing to fight under those circunstances will end up getting the fight... so now it really comes down to if you are willing to sacrifice money for legacy ?? still going to end up being a career high for 99% of fighters with the upside if you beat canelo the future will bring a lot more money and glory...
but like i said looks like not many are willing to gamble on beating canelo...
