If he really wanted this fight, money wouldn’t have been an issue. Besides, if he beats Canelo, he in and of himself can become a cash cow.

Shut’cho Guatemalteco hizzzaay up!. We all know you were fuming and urinating on your 4:3 SCART black and white television watching Blood In Blood Out and crying that paisas were running the game!

Besides, Callum Smith would’ve reported 164 like Ward did for GGG. Maybe you should read the article that Smith wants to fight

Idk if Callum is the top guy at 168, he’s a good fighter but looked really limited against Ryder (who I thought should’ve got the nod).

The fact is Callum Smith should have jumped at the chance to fight Canelo and not tried to break the bank.

If he wins that fight then his profile skyrockets and he can ask for the world.

          He blew it.

Fighting Canelo is like winning the lottery for these lads, of course he would take it in a heartbeat. What are his other options? Billy Joe Saunders for a few hundred grand?

Will be an interesting fight because Smith is a tall fighter who fights tall.

I dont think Canelo has ever fought a tall boxer who keeps everything at the end of his reach.

Usually tall guys fight Canelo like they are short:

Hunched over, tight guard, trying to fight on the inside.

Canelo should fight Smith and Benavidez VS Plant, winner faces off then. That will be a real boost in Canelo legacy for fighting fans instead of looking for easier champions. He will get euro exposure, Benavidez - plant would have nice pressers for sure. I dunno, feel like it’s the way to a nice nice build up.

Blood In Blood Out, is that the film where they drop a guy spine first on a water hydrant and crippled him?
