    Comments Thread For: Whyte: It's Not About The Sparring, I Believe I Can Beat Tyson Fury

    In recent interviews, heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte has been making a lot of noise about his past sparring sessions with WBC world champion Tyson Fury. Years ago, Whyte was helping Fury prepare for a scheduled fight with David Haye in 2013. The fight never happened as Haye withdrew with injury.

    For a guy who isn’t hanging on the sparring and doesn’t like to dish the dirt on gym sparring, he sure talks about sparring a lot.

      White thinks he's got a better chance against fury than josh.
      I've no doubt white could have success against fury. Whites a good fighter

        They don't call him "the body snatcher" for nothing.

        Theory;
        Fury's weakness is his gut, he can't move it out of the way like his chin. Whyte would chop away at the trunk and the mighty Oak would fall.

        Theory;
        The crying incident happened when they were trying to get Fury to improve his weaknesses and Whyte decided to take the P155.

        Fact;
        The UK is smaller than many individual states. Everybody is within a couple of hours of each other. You can't and won't have any secrets. All the heavyweights have a very good knowledge of each other.

        Fact;
        It's not about who's better, it's about "**STYLES MAKE FIGHTS**".

          for a boxer that got absolutely savaged by Joshua except one brief moment in round 2 and was left unconscious and dribbling over the ropes how is one normal persons mind could they think they can do better than joshua.
          Joshua is better in every single department than Whyte and you have to be an idiot to even question it.

              Anyone who believes this, including those in this thread, find another sport

              The idea of whyte beating Fury is ludicrous, Fury is LEVELS above whyte

              Fury is elite world level

              Whyte is British level

                Whyte went life and death with Chisora.

                Fury schooled Chisora so badly he quit on his stool.

                I get that Whyte wants to keep his name out there, but seriously...he is totally deluded.

                  Didn't he also go 12 rounds with Dave Allen

                  Like I respect Whyte for maximising his career based on limited ability, but people saying he can beat Fury are either serious trolls or braindead

                    Fury is far too elite to lose to a bum like Dillian Whyte.
