If Tyson Fury fails one more PED test, should he be Banned for Life?

Lot of people calling for Jarrell Miller to be banned for life but makes me wonder about one of the best heavyweights of this generation, Tyson Fury, who in reality has also failed 2 PED tests!

2015 caught using Nandrolone. Got a backdated ban for 2 years. 2016 tested positive for *******. Only got a warning, no ban.

So if Fury were to fail one more PED test, should he be banned for life?

Banned substance and it's prohibited in competition because it's defined as a "Stimulant" in WADA prohibited list. On top of that, evidence suggests it's related to weight loss by effecting the metabolism in a similar way to the infamous PED Clenbuterol which Canelo was busted for!
