Should Hearn be able to ask for the training expenses money back when they fight has been postponed twice already and Serrano has used a lot of that money for the previous camps? The only way she should have to pay it back is if the fight doesnt happen because of her. If it's due to anything beyond her control then no. She shouldn't have to.

If he gave her the money for training costs for a fight that she no longer wants then yes, she should pay him back. If she doesn't take the fight and doesn't pay him back it shows a lack of character on her part.
