If he relinquishes it, he already done his thing at 160. Anybody wants Canelo they can restart in the line. It's not hard for Andrade or Charlo to move up to 168. Be realistic.

Ward turns down a fight in 2013 with GGG because of his "bum shoulder." Ward also offered to go down to 160 for Mayweather. But not GGG? FAIL

Ward also doesn't offer GGG any real financial gain in 2015 when he does make an offer to fight GGG. FAIL

Ward needs tune ups to make 168 because he cant and expects GGG to sign a multi fight deal JUST to him. GGG is already unified and the mandatory shot to Cotto/Canelo FAIL

I think GGG at 38 doesnt make 160 as well as GGG at 30. I also think it's more due to his age rather than "fighting the drain ".
