At the rate fighters migrate from division to division, it's tough to state categorically which one is best at the moment. But, it's nonetheless remarkable that the mid-range weight classes are the most starry: Jr. Middle (Mosley, De La Hoya, et al), through Welter (Mayweather and company), and Jr. Welter (Cotto, Castillo, Hopkins, Mal, etc.) down to Light (Corrales, Popo, Juan D, Julio D, Guzman, etc) and then the Jr. Lights (Pacquiao, Barrera, Morales, Juarez, Barrios, Valero...)

With all the names already mentioned above, it's got to be Welter hands down.

Definitely Jr. Welter / Welter / Super Welter

                    Mosley
                    De La Hoya
Wright (could fight at 154 for the right money)
                    Spinks
                    Ouma
                    Karmazin
                    Rivera
                    Mayweather
                    Margarito
                    Mitchell
                    Tszyu (might come back)
                    Williams
                    Hatton
                    Judah
                    Quintana
                    Julio
                    Baldomir
                    Gatti
                    Cintron
                    Cotto
                    Castillo
                    Malignaggi
                    Corrales (who might move up)

Is there really any question as to what division in the deepest / most talented / most entertaining
