Do you really have to ask that? It’s the same reason some NBA contracts forbid skiing or boxing. It’s an injury risk while she was under contract for a fight.

Serrano using Covid as an excuse would be fine if it wasn't like her third attempt at ducking the fight, excluding trying to sidestep it to go on TV. Understand Eddie not wanting her to go on TV, if she's liked on the show, could lead her to opportunities outside of boxing and out of that contract.

I fully believe Taylor wants this fight and I believe she'll fight Persoon again too (not that Eddie wants that)

This is not fair for Amanda Serrano. I know that show of Telemundo and yes, is going to help Amanda Serrano get more exposure and at the same time, begin the build up of the fight using Telemundo network. I hope Amanda Serrano win this fiasco. Never in my mind cross this was going to happen.

Hearn is a real dirty bag. If this is truly the biggest fight in women’s boxing history it shouldn’t be in his daddy’s backyard. Hearn should’ve let Serrano go to Telemundo, get that bag and raise her profile a little more then have the fight in front of an audience when live events are permitted.

Between COVID-19, the fact they Serrano couldn’t train properly because NyC GyMs are closed indefinitely (Coumo said gyms are not opening in NYS during phase 4) and the fight going from Madison Square Garden to Matchroom Square Garden aka Barry Hearns slave contract plantation, I wouldn’t take the fight if I’m Serrano. Amanda is accomplished who does Hearn think she is ShïttyAnn Whyte. Serrano should save Hearns back yard for the peasants!!!

Training and properly training are two different things. Serrano said she couldn’t get sparring do to COVID 19.
I live in NY and I’ve been using my treadmill and elliptical in my basement. Some would consider that proper training but it’s not for me. From my experience the gyms are closed including the boxing gyms.
