    Lou DiBella warned Jerry Forrest before Forrest accepted a six-figure purse for his fight against Jarrell Miller that Miller might very well test positive again for a performance-enhancing drug. Forrest's promoter told anyone who would listen over the past couple weeks that he suspected Miller was using PEDs again as he prepared for his return from a PED debacle last year. DiBella wishes he were wrong, but he is relieved that Forrest won't encounter more than boxing's inherent danger when he enters the ring July 9 in Las Vegas, probably against Carlos Takam.

          Boxing has to take this issue seriously. Act like you actually give a damn for goodness sake.

          Miller has to be punished and the punishment has to have teeth so that it deters fighters from cheating in the future.

                  Basically it’s just a lot of companies doing business with each other without any one body overseeing it. And USA alone, each state has its own rules.

                  Remember Haye and Chisora got banned from the British board, so Warren just got them a license from Luxembourg and the fight happened in the UK anyway.

                  Is any other sport like that?

                                  They found trace amounts of clenbuterol in his system which were consistent with meat contamination which is a legit problem in Mexico.

                                  There is no comparison to the Jarrell Miller situation at all.
