Boxing commissions need to realise that they owe fighters a duty of care. The man is a consistent drug cheat and was given the opportunity to cheat again.

If he managed to beat the tests, like he has done in the past (do you honestly think he was clean in his previous fights), he would go on to do damage to a fighter entering the ring clean.
