You can accuse any boxer of cheating but you cant protect fighters that actually get caught like Canelo and Floyd.

I think Mikey has great chance of beating Pacquiao as well any top fighters. Pac is pushing 41. Any fight for Pac is dangerous at his age. But ill take Pac a close SD
