Depends on circumstances. What matters more is who you beat.
On paper though, being undisputted champ sounds better than being champ at multiple weight classes but if the fighter has jumped thought 5 or more weight classes, it becomes a different story.

Fighters winning belts from 130 to 147 is not that special. It's impressive, but not all that amazing.
But for a fighter to win belts from 130 to 154 is truly remarkable.
