    Former super bantamweight champion Jessie Magdaleno (28-1) returned to action last week at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas with a disqualification win over Yenifel Vicente (36-5-2). It was his first fight since his August unanimous decision victory over Rafael Rivera in Southern California.

          In my eyes, Magdaleno is always a step below the elites. And always will be. He'll always be right there, but never win when he gets an opportunity. I just don't see anything special about him. He's peaked
