Just out of curiosity, why do people consider Vargas a "Legend" at 147? I wasn't a boxing when he was active, but from what I understand he was someone who showed a lot of potential which he never really fulfilled, something often attributed to what Trinidad did to him.

Chavez jr only fought at 147 when he was old and way past prime. I pick Trinidad to ko Pac and the prime Vargas who beat Wright would beat Pac because he was a 154 pound boxer and never a welterweight. I think prime Pac has the speed and power to beat Whitaker, Chavez and Camacho.

Camacho = Pacquiao Late TKO

Camacho boxed for 30 years through 6 weight classes and was never stopped. Say what you will about him, but he knew how to survive with the best of them. Pacquiao isn't changing that.
