There's been plenty of stiff competition but Gary hasn't been trying to fight them. Its not up to Al to create random fighters or get him anything. Al handles the business. Its up to Gary to get in the ring.

Yes my post was mostly opinion AGREED. Your post didnt explain in the least how Stevenson ( Top Rank ) gets in the ring with GRJ ( PBC ) the way I see it is there are fights such as Spence and Crawford that should've already happened but " different sides of the street " hasn't allowed it and based on MY opinion that's a bigger fight. So back to my original thought is how is that fight gonna happen when we cant even get the in house fights that should've already happened. As far Broner and his weight goes I have MY opinion and apparently you have yours on that subject and UNTIL we see Broner at 140 or fail trying to get there that's all it can be is opinion.

I'm not a businessman so my post wouldn't have had to explain the details. Thats a completely different subject.

1. I agree that fight should've happened. I also think Spence v Manny should've already happened. And Bud v Manny. And Spence v Keith. And Spence v Danny. Etc. Point is when I'm getting great fights(Spence/Porter-Manny/Keith) I don't dwell and act like the one fight (Spence/Bud)I didn't get has ruined boxing.
2. It didn't happen because of business. Thats how business works so I was never surprised. Who's at fault? Bud is, for re-signing with TR knowing it would strain negotiations. Because when it comes to elite fighters that HAS ALWAYS strained negotiations.

So back t my original thought is how is that fight gonna happen

Easy. Shakur called Gary out. Gary accepts the challenge. You're making it more complicated than it is. Was Loma with PBC when he stylized on Gary? No he was with TR. Fight happened. Its up to Gary to accept the challenge so that negotiations can begin. Gary has to pull Shakur's card on this one.

Yeah but I was never arguing about that. You were. I said AB slaughters Gary at 140. Because yes, AB slaughters Gary at 140. You're the one debating your disbelief in him making that weight. I'm discussing AB slaughtering Gary at 140.
