Comments Thread For: Arum: Pacquiao Needs a Crawford Blockbuster, GGG Way Too Big

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum strongly believes that World Boxing Organization [WBO] welterweight champion Terence Crawford is the big name opponent that Manny Pacquiao requires for a major pay-per-view blockbuster.

Arum wants Pac for Crawford. Anything to sabotage Pac vs GGG. I’m willing to bet a behind the scenes negotiation is happening for a catchweight and GGG will relinquish the IBF

Just make a decent fight happen already.
If it's Pac vs Crawford, fine.
But Crawford probably retires Manny in 10 rounds or less.

I give Pacquiao, as old as he is, a good shot at GGG.

        Old, small Pacquiao>Old, bigger GGG.

After what Derevyanchenko did to GGG, Pacquiao and Roach probably feel they can do 10x better than that.

I can see Pacquiao cutting up GGG's face, bloodying him up, and staying away from his slow ass.

The very fact that Roach and Pac fans even name drop Golovkin lets me know they fear the Crawford fight. Pac isn't scared but his team and fans are some *******.

Why would he pac do business with Arum again? The GGG would bring in more money and is probably an easier fight.

There are weight classes for a reason.
What you are explaining is true, Pac could make gg G look silly for long periods but it only needs one punch.
Nel o knew he only needed one punch against khan. Margarita only landed about one punch and it hurt pac

Arum is desperate. He wants Paqcuiao to save his ailing company.
