The reality is that Boxing and UFC aren’t comparable with discipline. If UFC stars have it made public to ditch their employment then that doesn’t really motivate other MMA fighters to really train. MMA is not boxing.
Top Rank has more and better logistical Matchmaking as well as having niche boxers that attract. I assume UFC fans are more casual than boxing fans so attendance isn’t as effective as boxing. You will have purist boxing fans if the fight is right. Also, like current football worldwide the influence to buy seats at separated distances is showing, so interpret that into boxing. -

Arum does gotta feel like a ****hole for doing ~30% of the numbers the UFC is doing in a pandemic with sports starved fans who are staying inside at record rates.
If this doesn't perfectly illustrate the lack of learning from others successes & your own failures that boxing keeps following idk what does.Comment
