Loma does not enter the tournament. He said he will not fight at 140 because he is to small for that weight and a natural 126 to 130 pound boxer. Ramirez wins the tournament in my opinion. If Loma did fight Ramirez i give Ramirez the edge due to size and being prime while Loma is past prime.
